Pole-piece automatic welding machin

This machine can achieve a series of actions of such as letting-out,aligning and cutting off the metal strap automatically, letting-out,delivering, sticking and cutting off the adhesive tape automatically,as well as letting-out and cutting the pole piece automatically. The whole actions of this machine are linked up and fluency.

Suitable for welding of many kinds of specification of the pole piece, for sticking of many kinds of specification of metal strap width: replace stickup partial molds and the corresponding guidance, may realize the stick of the corresponding specification of metal strap which the width within 3~5mm
3). Suitable or each kind of specification which the adhesive tape width within 3~16mm.(Only need to change guide slot of the adhesive tape)
4).Adjustable of the cut-off length of the metal strap, adjustable of the strckup partment of the adhesive tape, and so on.
5). Corrects an error automatically with the computer correcting instrument.
6). Insure the constant-tensity which delivers to the pole-piece.with the tensity control instrument

1) uses PLC to control. (Panasonic Simens, Mitsubishi))
2) uses the Taiwan HITECH ,Taida, PROFACE touching screen.
3) uses the optical fiber amplifier from the Japanese OMRON,KEYENCE, high precision, and ideal life-span and performance.

4. Main technical condition and the parameter of the machine

2) Pole-ear cutting length: 30-80mm adjustable.
3) Pole piece cutting: Length 200-3000mm adjustable; The width is smaller than 60mm.
4) Pole-ear protection adhesive tape width: Is smaller than 12mm.
5) Pole-ear: The width is smaller or equal to 4mm; The thickness is smaller than 0.2mm.
6) Pole piece tensity control range: 0-12Nm (tensity may automatically control).

14) Cutting function: the using life-span of cutter is bigger than 300,000 times, the pole-ear cutting burr is smaller than 30μ, the bending degree of the pole-ear cutting is smaller than 50μ, the fluctuate dimension in verticality is smaller than 0.5mm; Pole piece cutting precision in cut-off parameter  ±0.5mm, pole piece cutting burr crosswise <40μ, longitudinal <15μ; The cutting cathode leaves copper foil length <1.5mm.
