JC-2 pole-piece automatic welding machine

The JC-2 pole piece automatic shaper is one kind of automated specilized equipment in battery industry, which the pole-ear encapsulates automatically, adjusts automatically and welds to the pole pieces and cuts automatically.

Besides charging manually,other actions of this machine are controlled automatically by PLC.

This machine can achieve a series of actions of such as letting-out,aligning and cutting off the metal strap automatically, letting-out,delivering, sticking and cutting off the adhesive tape automatically,as well as letting-out and cutting the pole piece automatically. The whole actions of this machine are linked up and fluency.

3). Suitable or each kind of specification which the adhesive tape width within 3~16mm.(Only need to change guide slot of the adhesive tape)
4).Adjustable of the cut-off length of the metal strap, adjustable of the stickup partment of the adhesive tape, and so on.
